Reservations scheduled are subject to 6pm prior to the day of arrival cancellation policy. This means to avoid being charged for the first night plus tax of your stay, you must cancel by 6:00pm the night before. Groups reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to check-in date to avoid a cancellation fee. Rooms are reserved with a credit card- we do not accept cash as a method of payment.
The Wills Hotel is a 100% smoke-free building. Smoking is not permitted in rooms, in hallways, or public areas. Those who ignore this policy may receive a $250.00 cleaning charge.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
We will do our best to accommodate your early check-in request. Early check-ins are based upon occupancy and what time the previous guest checked out of the room (our check-out time is 11am). We invite you to contact the hotel directly via phone at 240.245.2331 any time after 12pm, the day of arrival to see if an earlier check-in might be possible that day.
We do not offer late check-outs.

Yes. The minimum age to stay with us is 21 years old. Proof of ID must be presented at check-in. If a guest has made a reservation and they are under the age of 21, their reservation will be canceled upon arrival. *With a military id, the age will be 18.
