The Wills Hotel Frequently Asked Questions & Policies

Reservations scheduled are subject to 6pm prior to the day of arrival cancellation policy. This means to avoid being charged for the first night plus tax of your stay, you must cancel by 6:00pm the night before. Groups reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to check-in date to avoid a cancellation fee. Rooms are reserved with a credit card- we do not accept cash as a method of payment. 

The Wills Hotel is a 100% smoke-free building.  Smoking is not permitted in rooms, in hallways, or public areas.  Those who ignore this policy may receive a $250.00 cleaning charge.

The Wills Hotel does not provide onsite parking. We have an arrangement with the Frederick Street Parking Garage for guests to park during their stay.

Arrival & Check-In

• Upon arrival, please pull into the designated loading/unloading area on Liberty Street, located alongside the hotel.
• Unload your luggage and proceed to the Front Desk to complete your check-in.

Parking

• After check-in, you will receive your room key and a parking garage pass.
• Proceed to the Frederick Street Parking Garage located at 1 Frederick Street. Directions below.
• Scan your parking pass at the entrance gate.
• Park only in designated The Wills Hotel parking spaces located on Level 2 or Level 3.

During Your Stay

• Parking is complimentary. Your parking pass provides unlimited in-and-out access to the garage throughout your stay at no additional charge.

Departure

• Upon departure, please deposit your parking pass in the designated The Wills Hotel Parking Pass Return Bucket located at the garage exit.

Parking Policy

By accepting a parking pass, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Vehicles must be parked only in designated The Wills Hotel parking spaces on Levels 2 or 3.
• Vehicles parked in non-designated spaces are subject to ticketing and/or towing by the parking garage. Any fines, tickets, towing fees, or other expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
• The Wills Hotel is not responsible for any damage to or theft from vehicles parked in the garage.
• A $25 replacement fee will be charged for any parking pass that is lost, damaged, or not returned upon checkout.

Directions to the Frederick Street Parking Garage

From the hotel > turn right onto Liberty Street > right onto Pershing Street > right onto Mechanic Street > right onto Frederick Street.

Take the first right into the parking lot. The garage entrance will be on your right.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

We will do our best to accommodate your early check-in request. Early check-ins are based upon occupancy and what time the previous guest checked out of the room (our check-out time is 11am). We invite you to contact the hotel directly via phone at 240.245.2331 any time after 12pm, the day of arrival to see if an earlier check-in might be possible that day.

We do not offer late check-outs.

The Wills Hotel is not pet friendly.
